Your bike will be sent via UPS, insured and trackable to your home or to your favorite bike shop. Just indicate where you want it to go when checking out. If you're shipping it to your local bike shop, please send us all their contact information so they know what to do with your bike when it shows up!

1. General Warranty Information

BikeSmart, Inc warrants all new Creme bicycles against defects in materials and workmanship as stated below:
- mechanical structure of frames & forks for the lifetime of the original owner - mechanical structure of all other components for a period of 2 years
- paint and decals for a period of 1 year.

The following parts do not classify for warranty replacement unless broken from the factory and claimed upon first assembly: bearings, chains, chainrings, brake pads, tires, tubes, decals, saddle covers, grips. Damage to these parts are almost always a result of normal wear and tear, and they should be replaced by the user when they wear out.

The following types of damage do not qualify for warranty replacement if they are a result of improper final assembly (by dealer or customer) or improper use: damage to surface finish, dents, bent parts.

Damage to parts from normal wear and tear or from crashes or other types of abuse do not qualify for warranty.

2. Warranty procedure for accessories & components

In the case of a valid warranty claim on an accessory or component, BikeSmart will replace the component from warehouse stock. If the item is not in stock at the BikeSmart warehouse and an exact replacement is unavailable from a third party, BikeSmart may substitute an equivalent item. BikeSmart will not issue credit for labor costs involved in removing or installing warranty components.

3. Submitting warranty claim requests

Warranties are to be submitted for approval using the format below, along with a description and picture showing the defect. If a defective item must be returned to BikeSmart, dealer must ship all approved items to BikeSmart Distribution Center using the RA# given by the BikeSmart warranty rep. If a defective item is approved as warranty and does not need to be returned to BikeSmart, the user will be requested to destroy the defective item and send picture evidence.

Return Policy:

We offer a “Love at First Ride” Guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with any item, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund (less shipping and assembly costs). If your bike or gear is returned in new condition without scratches or marks on the frame, we will provide a full refund. If we cannot resell your bike or gear at full retail value, we will provide partial refund based on the market value of the returned bike or gear. Please make sure to package your order as it was packaged when it arrived to you, in order to avoid any shipping damage. You will need to pay for the cost of return shipping, but we will gladly ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge. Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or apply the appropriate credit to an exchange.  This could take 1-2 weeks.
